AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3289, NUNC PRO TUNC,- RELATING
TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3289 was adopted by the
City Council on April 30,.1974; and
WHEREAS, through .inadvertence and clerical error,
the title of said ordinance was -incorrectly described; and
WHEREAS,.the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical -erroir" Aunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES. -ORDAIN AS=FOLLOWS:
'SECTION 1.
That said title -to-Ordinance No. -3289 be and the
same is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, .to read as follows:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF. ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18j, CHAPTER 18.-62., SECTIONS. '18.62.030P
18.62.050, .18.62.09.0, .18.62.145 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING 10 ZONING.".

'SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the 'passage 'of this
ordinance and shall cause 'the same'.to be printed once within
fifteen (15-) days after its adoption, ,in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper. of general circulation,.printed, .published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after
its final passage .it shall take .effect -and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
