3302ORDINANCE NO. 3302 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 6213-335 nd 6-6R-634 __ determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: Lot 4 in Block 5 of the Golden State Tract in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, pages 66 and 67, of Miscellaneous maps in the Office of the Recorder of said County. Except that portion thereof described in a deed to the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California recorded October 5, 1967, in Book 8393 page 974 of Official Records and described as follows: Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Lot 4; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 4 a distance of 78.50 feet; thence Southwesterly in a direct line to a point on a line which is parallel with and 55 feet Easterly, measured at right angles, from'the westerly line of said Lot 4, said point being distant Southerly along -said parallel line 23.50 feet from its intersection with said Northerly line of said Lot 4; thence Southerly along said parallel line to the Southerly line of said Lot 4; thence westerly along said Southerly line 55 feet, more or less, to the Westerly line of said Lot 4; thence iiortherly along said Westerly line to the point of beginning. -1- 61-62-69(69) now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-11 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accor- dance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owner of subject property shall install street lighting as required by the.Utilities Director except when the Utilities Director shall permit the payment of street lighting fees in the amount of $2.00 per front foot. 3. That all plans for development of the property shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Com- mittee on the basis of -compatibility of development, both struc- turally and architecturally. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map. shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as.amended is hereby adopted and.the City Engineer is hereby directed to -prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning 114ap showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage o.f this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in -full force.
