AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL -CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. determining that..a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were.
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lots 9 and 10 of Miles Rancho, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 4, page 7 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 9 of
said Miles Rancho westerly 328.98 feet from the north-
east corner of said Lot 10; thence easterly 174.66 feet
along the north line of said lots; thence southerly
1319.20 feet, in a direct line to a point on the south
line of said Lot 10, westerly 156.32 feet from the south-
east corner of said Lot 10; thence westerly 174.66 feet
along said south line; thence northerly 1319.30 feet in
a direct line to the point of beginning.
Except the east 12.00 feet of the north 85.00 feet.
Also except that portion lying southerly of the northerly
line of the land described in the deed recorded June 6,
1963 in Book 6577, page 209 of Official Records.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and -that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

SECTION 2.
,., The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
