AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM MIENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
NO W . 65R-167 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
1'1HEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOVI, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOUS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:

'1RieTlout A 35.01 feet of the North 201.01 feet.of the East
122.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast qquuaarter
of the Northwest quarter.of Section 17, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho LosCoyotes, City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California as showri'on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
PORTION "B":
Parcel The South 118.99 feet of the North 320.00 feet of
the East 122.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the North-
east quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 17, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51,'page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
Parcel 2: Lot C of Tract No. 2299, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 70, pages 44 to 49, inclusive, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed'to and
incorporated in the following zones, upon the conditions here-
inafter set forth:
That Portion "A" of the hereinbefore described real property
shall be changed to C-1, GENERAL CON MCIAL ZONE; and
That Portion "B" of the hereinbefore described real property
shall be changed to R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
That said change of zones shall be made upon the following condi-
tion:
That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with apppproved plans on file in the Office of the Director
of,.Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to
final building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be'excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and Incorporated in and
made a part of -the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen'(15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City', and thirty (30)'days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
