3287ORDINANCE NO . ' 328
AN ORDINANCE. OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 3264, NUNC PRO TUNC,
RELATING TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.. 3264 was adopted by the City
Council on March 5, 1974; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
one section of said Ordinance was misnumbered; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to correct the
number of said section, nunc pro tune, to reflect the true
intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the title of said Ordinance No. 3264 be, and the
same is hereby amended, nunc pro tune, to read as follows:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 BY. ADDING THERETO A NEW CHAPTER
18.87, AND REPEALING SECTION 18.08..330 AND
ADDING NEW SECTIONS 18.08.330, 18.08.6071,
AND 18.08.755 RELATING TO ZONING."
SECTION 2,
That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3264 amending Section
18.08.750 be, and the same is hereby amended, nunc pro tune,
to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.08.755 TRUCK SERVICE STATION.
A place of business designed and used primarily for the
dispensing of fuel or service to trucks and other motor
vehicles having a capacity of more than one and one-half
tons. Truck service stations are usually characterized
by the solicitation of the trucking trade, the advertis-
ing and sale of diesel fuel or propane, and the layout
of structures to accommodate large vehicles."
SECTION 3.
That, except as by. this Ordinance amended, Ordinance
No. 3264 shall be and remain in full force and effect as ori-
ginally passed.
SECTION .4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City,, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
