WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purcha.ing the hereinafter described real prope~ty

WHEREAS, the Cl ty Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best inierest of the City of
Anahelm to accept said offer and purchase said real property 0
An overhang easement for public utility pur-
poses over the Westerly 5 feet of that parcel
of land located in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:

Said overhang easement shall not be below
thirty (3C) feet above the surface of the land.
