County, State of Calit'ornia, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line ot'
Center Street distant thereon 321.32 feet West-
erly from the intersection ot' said Southerly
line with the Westerly line at' a sixty foot road
known as Placentia Ave. and shown on said map.
Thence, Southerly parallel with the Westerly line
of said Placentia Ave. 111.95 feet to a point;
