WHEREAS, the 01 ty Council of the City of Anaheim is
desiro\.ls of purchasing the hereinafter clescribed real property
for p\iblic purposes, to wit. An easement for road andDubl~c
~t~lty R~~Q~~. ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit an4 best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real propertyo
of
An easement for road and public utility pur-
poses over, under and across that portion of
land located in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection point of the
center lines of Burton Street and Acacia Street;
thence, Southerly along the center line of said
Acacia Street 46 feet; thence, Westerly 21 feet
as measured at right angles from last said cen-
ter line, to a point, said point being the be-
ginning of a curve concave Southwesterly and having
a radius of 25 feet; thence, Northerly and Westerly
along said curve, through a central angle of 890
10'35" a distance of 38.91 feet; to a point, said
point being in a line parallel with the center
line of said Burton Street; thence, Northerly at
right angles 21 feet more or less to the last said
center line; thence, Easterly along last said cen-
ter line to the point or beginning.
