A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCiPTING A GRANT DEED OONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM C2RTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASliMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to witl An easement for uublic utility

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is f9r the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
