4175ORDINANCE NO. 4175 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution No. determining that a change or changes in t1LW zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions -precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: All that certain real property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California being a portion of the New Subdivision of Vineyard Lot D5, Anaheim, per map recorded in Book 17, Page 72 of Miscellaneous Records, records of Los Angeles County, California de- scribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of the Precise Alignment of Lincoln Avenue (110.00 feet wide) per Resolution 79R-57 of January 30, 1979 recorded in Book 13026, Page 1500, Official Records, records of Orange County, California said point being South 490 47' 04" West, 107.09 feet from the Northeasterly terminus of that certain course in said centerline having a bearing of North 490 47' 04" East and a length of 384.90 feet; thence North 400 12' 56" West, 55.00 feet to a line which is parallel with and 55.00 feet Northwesterly of said centerline and the True Point of Beginning, said Point also being on the Westerly line of Clementine Street (60.00 feet wide) as shown on said map; thence along said parallel line South 490 47' 04" West, 220.93 ATT V-28 -1 80-81-10 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 1242.57 feet; thence Southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 50 20' 08" an arc distance of 115.71 feet; thence South 550 07' 12" West, 28.96 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 941.00 feet, said curve being concentric with and 59.00 feet Northwesterly of that certain curve on the centerline of said Precise Alignment of Lincoln Avenue, having a radius of 1000.00 feet and a central angle of 25° 40' 52"; thence South- westerly along said curve through a central angle of 30 54' 01" an arc distance of 64.06 feet to the Westerly line of Helena Street (60.00 feet wide) as shown on said map; thence along said Westerly line North 140 27' 35" West, 288.57 feet to the Southerly line of Chartres Street (formerly Esplanade Avenue, 52.50 feet wide) as shown on said map; thence along said Southerly line North 75° 27' 25" East, 393.22 feet to said Westerly line of Clementine Street; thence along said Westerly line South 14° 29' 07" East, 117.39 feet to the True Point of Beginning, now is "CG" COMMERCIAL, GENERAL ZONE and "PD -C" PARKING DISTRICT - COMMERCIAL ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE subject to the following condition: That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 5. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. -2- THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of October, 1980.
