4244ORDINANCE NO. 4244 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 6BR-713 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang- ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have been satisfied. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: The Southerly 135.00 .feet of Lots 23 and 24 of "Eucalyptus Forest Tract", in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in book 5 pages 29 and 30 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, California, together with the Northwesterly 20.00 feet of Orange Street adjoining said lots on the Southeast, as va- cated by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, a certified copy of which was recorded January 23, 1948 in book 1613, page 340 Official Records of said Orange County, California. Excepting therefrom that portion described as Parcel 1 in the deed to Robert N. Jackson and wife, recorded September 15, 1978 in book 12842, page 1091 of Official Records of said Orange County, California. -1- ATTY-50 68-69-37(16) Also excepting an undivided one-third interest in any and all oil or gas rights as reserved in the deed from Marion M. George to Ora L. Bever and Edith F. Bever, recorded June 23, 1925 in book 592, page 148 of Deeds. AND The South 30.00 feet of the East 100.00 feet of Lot 23 of "Eucalyptus Forest Tract", in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map recorded in book 5, pages 29 and 30 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, together with the North 20.00 feet of that portion of Orange Street adjoining the above- described land on the South, as vacated and abandoned by a resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said Orange County, a certified copy of which was recorded January 23, 1948 in book 1613, page 340, Official Records, now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE, sub- ject to the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stand- ard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the appropriate fee as determined by the City for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. -2- SFCTTnN 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st day of July, 1981.
