AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC79-133 determining that a change or changes
in t e zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions -precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
THAT PORTION OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10
WEST, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK
51 PAGE 10 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF
THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID WEST HALF;
THENCE SOUTH 00 07' 36" EAST, 66.01 FEET; THENCE
SOUTH 880 58' 00" WEST 30.00 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 0° 07' 36" EAST, 278.00
FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88° 58' 00" WEST, 163.98 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 00 07' 54" WEST, 278.00 FEET; THENCE
NORTH 88° 58' 00" EAST 164.00 FEET TO THE TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE NORTHERLY 178.00 FEET,

now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -
FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of
Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as re-
quired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
5. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees
as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to
be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
6. That the owners of subject property shall pay the
traffic signal assessment fee (Ordinance No. 3896) in an amount
as determined by the City Council, for each new dwelling unit
prior to the issuance of a building permit.
7. That Condition Nos. 1, 3 and 4, above-mentioned, shall
be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded .from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full .force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of AnaAeim this 28th day of July, 1981.
