AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADDING
"^ NEW SUBSECTION .070 TO SECTION 18.34.030
OF CHAP'T'ER 18.34 OF TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
FOLLOWS:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That new Subsection .070 be, and the same is hereby, added
to Section 18.34.030 of Chapter 18.34 of Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to read as follows:
".070 Private schools and child
care facilities operated by, in conjunction with,
and clearly incidental to, a legal nonconforming
church use shall be deemed an accessory use thereto
and not an expansion of said nonconforming use.
The provisions hereof shall not apply to any church
operated pursuant to an existing conditional use
permit, or for which a conditional use permit is
hereafter approved, unless said permit expressly
authorizes said use or uses."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of August, 1981.

Ordinance No. 4255 on the 25th day of August, 1981.
