ORDINANCE NO. 4269
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION
14.32.190, SUBSECTIONS .240, .330, .560,
.590, .1060 AND ADDING THERETO SUBSECTIONS
.2040 AND .2050 RELATING TO NO PARKING AT
ANY TIME.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190, Sub-
sections .240, .330, .560, .590 and .1060 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same are hereby, amended and that Subsections
.2040 and .2050 be, and the same are hereby, added to read as
follows:
"14.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME -- STREETS
DESIGNATED
.240 Katella Avenue, on the north side,
from Lewis Street to Ninth Street;
from 230 .feet east of Bayless Street
to Tiara Street; from Nutwood Street
to 450 feet west of Nutwood Street;
and from 250 .feet east of Dallas
Drive to 130 feet west of Dallas
Drive; and on the south side, from
Lewis Street to 925 feet west of
Ninth Street.
.330 Clementine Street, on both sides, from
Manchester Avenue to its southerly
terminus.
.560 West Street, on the east side from
Manchester Avenue to the South City
Limits; on the west side, from
Manchester Avenue to the South City
Limits.
.590 Harbor Boulevard, on the east side
from the North City Limits to Sycamore
Street, from Cypress Street to Broadway
and from Vermont Avenue to the South
City Limits; on the west side, from the
North City Limits to Broadway and from
250 feet north of Hampshire Avenue to
the South City Limits.
.1060 Lewis Street, on both sides from
Ball Road to Katella Avenue and from
Orangewood Avenue to the South City
Limits.
.2040 Convention Way, on both sides of the
street.
.2050 Haster Street, on both sides, from
Cerritos Avenue to the South city
Limits."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordi-
nance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of September, 1981.
