4288ORDINANCE 1I0. 4288 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution No. PC80-159 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: Lot 104 of Tract No. 1453, in the City of Anaheim, as per Map recorded in Book 42, Pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, be changed to "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to -the follow- ing conditions: 1. That the owners of subject property shall pay the traffic signal assessment fee (Ordinance No. 3896) in an amount as determined by the City Council, for commercial buildings prior to the issuance of a building permit or commencement of any commercial activity, whichever occurs first. 2. That the proposed gift shop shall comply with all signing requirements of the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zone. -1- ATT Y-2 6 80-81-11 3. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 3. 4. That Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above-mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of November, 1981.
