4311ORDINANCE NO. 4311
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
71R-220 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a se�*ional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
THAT PORTION OF LOT 42 OF HAZARD'S SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN
ON LICENSED SURVEYORS MAP FILED IIT BOOK 1, PAGE 26 OF
RECORD OF SURVEYS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER
OF ORANGE COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE S
00 32' 51" E 16.06 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT
TO THE NORTHWEST LINE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY CONVEYED TO
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA RAILWAY COMPANY BY DEED RECORDED
AUGUST 12, 1893 IN BOOK 81, PAGE 346 OF DEEDS; THENCE
SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID NORTHWEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE
349.34 FEET ALONG A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE SOUTHEAST,
HAVING A RADIUS OF 2593.53 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE
OF 7° 43' 03", THENCE CONTINUING TANGENT TO SAID CURVE
ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY S 150 30' 32" W 267.35 FEET TO

33" W 622.74 FEET ALONG SAID NORTH LINE AND ITS WESTERLY

THENCE N 00 32' 51" W 600.72 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF
SAID APALATEGUI LAND TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF,
SAID NORTHEAST CORNER BEING ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID
LOT 42; THENCE N 890 20' 09" E 815.60 FEET ALONG SAID
NORTH LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
be changed to "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stand-
ard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall install street
lighting on all streets within the area as required by the Director
of Public Utilities at the time the property is developed.
3. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in
a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
5. That these reclassification proceedings are granted sub-
ject to the completion of annexation of subject property to the City
of Anaheim.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of March, 1982.
