AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC81-88 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones herein a ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE.CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
PARCEL 1: THE SOUTH 192.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 385.00
FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTH-
EAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION'14,
TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 11 WEST, IN THE RANCHO LOS
COYOTES, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 11
OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY
RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY. EXCEPT THE EAST 40.00
FEET THEREOF. ALSO EXCEPT THE WEST 27.00 FEET OF
THE SOUTH 10.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 203.00 FEET OF
SAID EAST HALF OF THE EAST HALF.
PARCEL 2: THE EAST 8.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 192.00
FEET OF THE NORTH 385.00 FEET OF THE WEST HALF OF
THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTH-
EAST QUARTER OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE
11 WEST, IN THE RANCHO LOS COYOTES, AS PER MAP RE-
CORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 11 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS,
IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY,

be changed to "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
2. That Condition No. 1, above-mentioned, shall be complied
with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of April,
1982.

and that the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 6th day of April, 1982, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Seymour
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Anaheim signed
