All ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC81-150 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit.-

Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho .Los Coyotes, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 51, Page
11 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of said County. EXCEPT the West
132 .feet thereof,
be changed to "RM -3000" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE, subject
to the following conditions:
1. Prior to issuance of building permits,
shall present evidence satisfactory to the Chief
Inspector that the units will be in conformance

2. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant
shall present evidence satisfactory to the Chief Building
Inspector that the proposed project is in conformance with Council
Policy Number 542, Sound Attenuation in Residential Projects.
3. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 5.
4. That Condition No. 3, above-mentioned, shall be complied
with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th dayrf April, 1982.

ORDINANCE NO. 4328
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE i3O. 2980 OF THE CITY, AS
HERETOFORE AMENDED, RELATING TO ELECTRIC REVENUE
BONDS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
acting under and pursuant to the powers reserved to the City
under Section 5 of Article XI of the Constitution of the State
of California and pursuant to Section 1210 of the Charter of
the City of Anaheim, on November 9, 1971, adopted Ordinance
No. 2980 entitled "An Ordinance of the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, California, Providing for Procedures for the
Authorization, Issuance and Sale of Electric Revenue Bonds
of said City and Ordering, Calling, Providing for and Giving
Notice of a Special Election to be held in said City on
January 18, 1972, for the Purpose of Submitting to the Quali-
fied Voters of said City a Proposition of Issuance of Electric
Revenue Bonds"; and
WHEREAS, on September 9, 1980, this City Council adopted
Ordinance No. 4158 entitled "An Ordinance of the City of
Anaheim, California, Amending Ordinance No. 2980 of said City,
Relating to Electric Revenue Bonds"; and
WHEREAS, this City Council deems it necessary to
amend a portion of Ordinance No. 2980, as amended by Ordinance
No. 4158, relating to procedures for the issuance of electric
revenue bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2980, as amended
by Ordinance No. 4158, is amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 2. That the procedure for the issuance of such
bonds shall be the procedure set forth in the Revenue Bond Law of
1941 (commencing with Government Code Section 54300), and by this
reference, with the exceptions hereinafter stated, the provisions
of said Law are incorporated herein; provided, however, that
(a) No election to authorize the issuance of
said bonds other than that election required by
the City Charter shall be held, and to that end
Sections 54380 to 54387 of said Government Code
are not incorporated herein and shall not be ap-
plicable to the issuance of said bonds;
(b) The restrictions of Government Code
Section 54310 shall not apply, and to that end
said Section 54310 is not incorporated herein;
(c) The City Council may sell such bonds in
such manner as it may determine, either by private
sale, or by means of competitive bid, and to that
end Government Code Section 54388 is not incorporated
herein;
(d) Regardless of any maximum coupon rate
of interest specified in any ordinance or resolution
calling a revenue bond election pursuant to Section
1210 of the City Charter, said bonds may be sold
at such discount as the City Council may determine,
and to that end Government Code Section 54418 is
not incorporated herein; and
(e) The bonds shall bear interest at such
rates, payable at such times, as the City Council
may determine, notwithstanding any restriction
contained in Government Code Section 54402."
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause this
Ordinance to be published once, within fifteen days after
its adoption, in The Anaheim Bulletin, the official newspaper
of the City.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective
thirty days from and after the date of adoption.
