ORDINANCE NO. 4352
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
SUBSECTION .010 OF SECTION 1.12.010 OF CHAPTER
1.12 OF TITLE 1 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO PROCEDURES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That subsection .010 of Section 1.12.010 of Chapter 1.12
of Title 1 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby, amended to read as follows:
°.010 The regular and special meetings
of the City Council shall be held in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall within the Civic Center
located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim,
California. Regular meetings shall be held on
Tuesday of each week at 10:00 a.m.; provided,
that in the event that Tuesday in any week shall
fall upon an authorized City holiday or upon any
day appointed by the President of the United
States or by the Governor of the State of
California for a public feast, thanksgiving or
holiday, then in that event, the regular meeting
shall be held on the next succeeding day which is
not a holiday, at the hour of 10:00 a.m."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of uly, 1982.
