AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING ORDINANCES NO. 4345 AND 4346 NUNC PRO
TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Ordinances No. 4345 and 4346 relating to the
zoning reclassification of portions of certain property within the
City of Anaheim commonly referred to as the Bauer Ranch; and
WHEREAS, said zoning reclassifications were adopted
subject to certain conditions of approval as set forth in
Ordinances No. 4068 and 4069 of the City of Anaheim and as
subsequently amended by Ordinances No. 4177, 4178, 4345 and 4346
of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, said
Ordinances No. 4345 and 4346 contain an error which does not
correctly reflect the action taken by the City Council with regard
thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to correct said errors
at this time by the adoption of this ordinance, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinances No. 4345 and 4346 of the City of Anaheim
be, and the same are hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by the
amendment of condition of approval Number 15 as set forth in
Section 1 of each of said ordinances to read as follows:
"15. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with the Bauer Ranch
General Plan of Development on file with the City of
Anaheim and marked Revision No. 3A of Exhibit No. 1."
SECTION 2.
That, except as expressly amended herein, Ordinances No.
4345 and 4346 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City,
and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of September,
1982.
