4412ORDINANCE NO. 4412 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT- ING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 65R-660 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound- aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sec- tional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the Northwest quarter of secion 4, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, described as follows, together with that por- tion of the South half of Coronado Street abandoned by the City of Anaheim per resolution recorded in book 12994, page 1311, records of said Orange County, de- scribed as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Parcel 1 as shown on a parcel map recorded in book 131, page 26, parcel maps, records of said Orange County; thence North 02 degrees 14' 45" East, 20.00 feet to an intersection with the centerline of Coronado Street; thence Easterly along the centerline of said Coronado Street, now aban- doned, 674.79 feet to an intersection with the center- line of La Palma Avenue, said point of intersection being a point in a curve concave Southeasterly and hav- ing a radius of 1600.00 feet, a radial line bearing North 11 degrees 17' 36" West passes through said point of intersection; thence following along a portion of the centerline of said La Palma Southwesterly through a central angle of 9 degrees 08' 16" an arc distance of -1- 65-66-24(30) 255.17 feet to the beginning of a nontangent curve con- cave Southeasterly and having a radius of 1600.00 feet, a radial line bearing North 20 degrees 25' 52" West passes through said point; thence continuing along a portion of the centerline of said La Palma Avenue along the last mentioned curve through a central angle of 16 degrees 40' 18" an arc distance of 465.56 feet to a point in said curve, a radial line bearing North 37 degrees 06' 10" West passes through said point; thence North 37 degrees 06' 10" West 53.00 West 53.00 feet to an intersection with the Easterly line of Parcel No. 1, as shown on the aforementioned Parcel Map recorded in book 131, page 26; thence North 02 degrees 14' 45" East, 230.84 feet to the point of beginning, be changed to "ML" INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the fol- lowing conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owner of the property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the appropriate fee as determined by the City for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3.
