ORDINANCE NO. 4457
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC83-155 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sec-
tional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA BEING THOSE
PORTIONS OF LOTS 24, 25, AND 26 OF THE ENTERPRISE TRACT
PER MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGE 89 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 24;
THENCE ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, NORTH 140

FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING AN AREA OF 0.35 ACRES, MORE OR LESS,
be changed to "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That the building shall be fire sprinklered as required by
the City of Anaheim Fire Department.
2. That street lighting facilities along Chestnut Street
shall be modified as required by the Utilities General Manager in
accordance with specifications on file in the Office of Utilities
General Manager, and that security in the form of a bond, certificate
of deposit, letter of credit, or cash, in an amount and form satis-
factory to the City of Anaheim, shall be posted with the City to
guarantee the satisfactory completion of the above-mentioned improve-
ments. Said security shall be posted with the City of Anaheim prior
to approval of building permits. The above -required improvements
shall be installed prior to occupancy.
3. That subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 4.
4. That prior to final building and zoning inspections,
Condition Nos. 1 and 3, above-mentioned, shall be complied with.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the
amended and the property above-described shall be
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated

The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circula- ted
in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
