A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPrING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ~RTAIN REAl,. PROPERTY
FOR AN EASSlENTFOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILIT~ PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi tl An easement for road and public
utili ty -our po ses ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to acc~pt said offer and purchase said real propertyo
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANNIE A, BONKOSKY
to sell to the City of Anaheim the followihg described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheimy County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road ana. public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as followsl
An eesement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 30 feet of that
parcel of land located in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, Stetp. of California, described as follows:
The Northerly 665.05 feet of the West half of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the North-
west quarter of Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10
\'iest, San Bernardino Bs.se Neridian.
Exceptin[; therefrom that portion deeded to the
state of California, February 16, 1956, recorded in Book
3394, Page 260 of Official Records of Oran$e County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
~ of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars ($1000).
