desirous of purchaaing the hereinafter described real property

WHlREAS, the C~ ty Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefi t and ~st interest of the City of
Anahe~ to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
An easement for public utility purposes over
and across the ~asterly 5. feet of that por-
tion of the NW! of the NWt of Section 17,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, located in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the North line of
said section East 100.00 feet thereon from
the Northwest corner of the land described
in Parcel 1 of the deed to the Greco Construc-
tion Corporation recorded October 6, 1955 in
Book 3235, Page 147 of Official Records; thence
South 375.00 feet parallel with the West line
of said Greco Construction Corporation land;
thence East 100.00 feet parallel with the North
line of said Section; thence North 375.00 feet
parallel with said West line to the North line
of said section; thence West 100.00 feet to the
point of beginning.
