A RmOLUTION OF THE CITY COUEIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CAlBING A RECORD OF CANVJSS
OF RE'l'UR1I!l OF SPECIAL BLECTION TO BE E.NTERED
UPON rm MINUTE.
~, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has canvassed
the returns of a certain special annexation election held on the 15th day
of January, 1957, in certain unincorporated territory sought to be annexed
to said City of Anaheim; and
WBEREJl8, said City Council has caused a record to be made of the
canvass of returns of said election, which record is entitled, "RECORD OF
CDVlB3 OF U'l'tIRl8 OF SPECIAL ANKEXll.TION ELECTION HELD JANUARY 15, 19571P;
and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RDlOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that said record of canvass of returns of said election be, and the
same is hereby ordered, entered upon the ntlnutes of said City Council, and
that no further proceedings be taken in said annexation.
THE FOREGOING RmOLUTION lB signed and approved by me this 22nd
day of January, 1957.
