AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHPI14 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 7�R247 &7CLJstR determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Tract Map 9287 as shown in Book 393, pages 1
and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps on file in the office
of the recorder of Orange County, California.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and
that it be changed to and incorporated in "RS -7200"
RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That fire hyrdrants shall be installed and
charged as required and determined to be necessary by the
Chief of the Fire Department prior to commencement of
structural framing.
2. That drainage of subject property shall be
disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
3. That the owner of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation
in -lieu fees as determined to be appropriate by the City
Council, said fees to be paid at the time the building
permit is issued.

4. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on
file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1; provided,
however, that there shall be a maximum of six (6) lots,
which shall be developed in accordance with the RS -7200 Zone
site development standards as stipulated to by the petitioner.
5. That if any building is to be erected on the
Southern California Edison Company (Sierra Electric Company)
easement along the south boundary of subject property,
petitioner stipulated to obtaining a letter from said
company, approving such construction, prior to issuance of a
building permit.
6. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, above-
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building
and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed y me

AND I'FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
