RELATING TO ZONING.

WHEREAS, the City Council did, by resolution, determine
that certain areas in the City should be approved for development
as a planned community in accordance with the provisions of Chapter
13.57 of the Anaheim 11°-1anicipal Code; ant
WHEREAS, the City Council ;id, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission in conjunction with the approval for develop-
ment as a planned coiaiunity, determine the change of zones oif
properties within such planned cor-trtiunity should be ir.ade in accord-
ance with the approved "zoning plait or eleicLent" of tie planned
community; and
WHEREAS, ZEAS, all conditions which are required by the pro-
visions of Chapter 13.57 of the Anaieim liunicipal Code together
with the additional conditions of the City Council's resolution
approving a planned community have been complied with; and
WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described together
with the zoning designated for such property is in accordance with
the "zoning plan or element" duly adopted in conjunction with the
approval of the planned community L"evelopment.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL 01 THE CITY OF 2,�LAHEIaT
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 13 of the Anaheim 11unicipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 13 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
Proposed Tract No. 9134 being a subdivision of that
portion of the land shown on a map recorded in book:
79, pages 1 and 2 of Parcel Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 23 of Tract
No. 9133 as shown on a rap recorded in book 374,
pages 3 through 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, and running thence along the
Easterly boundary of said Parcel Map the following

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning I?ap shall be, and the same is r�ereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and raade
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning i%Iap, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning reap to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it. shall take effect and be in full force.
