AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAKEIII AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUI4ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 73R-524 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the East half of the Southeast quar-
ter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51 Page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 7;
thence South 89° 34' 20" West 531.15 feet to the cen-
ter line of Kathryn Drive as shown on a map of Tract
No. 1633, recorded in Book 47 Page 50 of said Miscel-
laneous Maps; thence North 00 16' 40" East 326.43 feet
along said center line to the center line of a 50.00
foot street, shown as Ranchito Street on the map of
said Tract No. 1633; thence North 891 41' 30" East
258.00 feet along the center line of said Ranchito
Street; thence North 780 45' 25" East 50.00 feet to
the most southerly corner of Lot 44 of said Tract No.
1633; thence North 73° 45' 25" Fast 31.79 feet along
the southerly line of said Lot._44 to the southwest
corner of Lot 45 of said Tract No. 1633; thence North
89° 41' 30" East 144.00 feet along the south line of
said Lot 45, and the easterly extension thereof to
the East line of said Section 7; thence South 0° 16'
40" West 350.02 feet to the point of beginning.

1. That the sidewal`Ks shall be installed along file i.,7est side
of Kathryn Drive as required by the City Engineer anca, in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the
City Engineer.

with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Pub-
lic Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and, charged as
reauired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department.
4. That a six-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along
the north property lines except where abutting other C-1 property.
3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view, and the sounL buffered from adjacent properties.
6. That any parking area lighting Proposed shall be down -
lighting of a maximum height of six feet, which lighting shall be
