AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEAL-
ING SUBSECTION 16.16.030.020 OF TITLE 16,
CHAPTER 16.161 AND ADDING NEW SUBSECTIONS
16.16.030.020 AND 16.16.040.690 TO TITLE 16,
CHAPTER 16.16 RELATING TO FIRE ZONES.
FOLLOWS: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Subsection 16.16.030.020 of Title 16, Chapter 16.16,
Section 16.16.030, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2.
That a new Subsection 16.16.030.020 of Title 16, Chapter
16.16, Section 16.16.030, and that Subsection 16.16.040.690 of
Title 16, Chapter 16.16, Section 16.16.040, be, and they are hereby,
added to the Anaheim Municipal Code to read as follows:
"16.16.030.020 - Subdivision of Vineyard Lot D-3: Lots
6 to 15, both inclusive, in Block D;
Lots 12 to 16, both inclusive, in Block
G; Lots 1 to 12, both inclusive, in
Block H; said Subdivision of Vineyard
Lot D-3 as shown on a map recorded in
Book 34, Page 592 of Deeds, Records of
Los Angeles County.
16.16.040.690 - Subdivision of Vineyard Lot D-3: Lots
1 to 11, both inclusive, of Block G, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 34,
Page 592 of Deeds, Records of Los
Angeles County."
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY.
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this chap-
ter of the Code, hereby adopted, be declared for any reason to be
invalid, it is the intent of the Council that it would have passed
all other portions of this chapter independent of the elimination
herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
and signed said Ordinance No. 3620 on the 23rd day of November, 1976.
