Council passed ordinance No. 3573 relating to zoning of certain
property described therein; and

descripti ' ons of two of the three tracts to be rezoned by said Or-
Unancc were omittcd therefrom; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical error, nunc pro tune.
NOW, THEREFORE, TaE CITY COUNCIL OY THS CITY OF !ZLHZI::
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That said Ordinance is hereby amenjed, nunc pro tunc,
by deleting from Section 1 thereof the legal description an? sub-
stituting in lieu thereof the following:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, describe& as follows, to
wit:
Tracts 7946, 7947, and 7940 as shown in Book 360 at
Pages 38 and 39, 40 and 41, and 42 and 43 respectively
of aIiscellaneous Zaps on file in the Office of the
Recorder of Orange County, Calif.
SECTION 2.
In all other conditions and respects, Ordinance Wo.
3573 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be encluded frola
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in anCt
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and sail:
City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City En-
gineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to
be added to the City Zoning_`lap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the hnaheiD Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
