AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3569, NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING
TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3569 was adopted by the
City Council on July 27, 1976; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
the legal description of the property involved was incorrect-
ly described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the legal description of said Ordinance
No. 3569 be, and the same is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc,
to read as follows:
"Parcel 1, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a
map filed in Book 84, Pages 5 to 8 inclusive
of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County."
SECTION 2.
In all other conditions and respects Ordinance
No. 3569 shall remain in full force and effect.
SEC1TION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 31st day of August , 1976.

adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 31st day
of August, 1976, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Seymour
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 3589 on the 31st day of August,
1976.
