AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUI4ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 76R-140 determining that a change or
changes i the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
A14AHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The East 88 feet of Lot 3 of Tract No. 162, in
the County of Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in Boom 12 Page 6 of Miscellan-
eous Taps, records of said Orange County.
The West 132 feet of Lot 3, Tract *1o. 162, in
the City of Anaheim, as per map recorded in Look
12, Page 6 of Miscellaneous maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING therefrom the Easterly 106 feet of the
Northerly 100 feet of the Westerly 132 feet of
Lot 3 of Tract 162, in the City of Anaheim, as
per neap recorded in Volume 9, Page 54 of ?Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said County.

AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in the
"I,1L" INDUSTRIAL LIMITED ZOINIE subject to the following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Ball Road as re-
quired by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans
and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer.

2. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of sixty cents per front foot along Ball
Road for tree planting purposes.
3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of
Public Works.
4. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural frairing.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded front
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect an& be in full force.

adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 3rd day
