AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHFI14 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 68R-713 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1: Lot 129 of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract,
in the County of Orange, State of California as
per map recorded in Book 5 Pages 29 and 30 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said county.
Except the Easterly 53.00 feet -thereof.
PARCEL 2: Lots 134, 135, 136, 137 and 138 of the
Eucalyptus forest Tract, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California as per map
recorded in Book 5 Pages 29 and 30 of Miscellaneous
=Saps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
county together with that portion of the north
half of Santa Ana Street adjoining said lots 134
to 138 inclusive as abandoned by order of the Board
of Supervisors of Orange County.

the following conditions:

1. That all engineering requirements Of the City of Anaheim
such as curbs and cutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving.,
drainage facilitt.--ies, or other a.ppurtenant work,, shall be cormlied
with as reauired by the City Engineer and in accordance with"stand-
ard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City En-
gineer, at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject proi.-,,erty shall nav to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot, for street light-
ing purposes, said amount -L'--o be paid at the tirne the property is
developed.
3. That plans for the development of subject property shall
be submitted to al -id approved by the Architectural Control CO'urfftiittee
on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and
architecturally.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved glans on file in the Office oftheDirector of Public
Works and Superintendent of Streets.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth-, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning !,lap showing the changes hereby aJT_-)Proved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall Cause the same to be Printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) da -,,,s -from an,. after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 3571 on the 27th day of July,
1976.
