3569ORDINANCE NO. 3569 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAgFI11 AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 65R-661 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the third class land allotted to R. G. De Las Riva, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in the final decree of partition of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana, a certified copy of which was recorded February 8, 1874 in Book 28, Page 158 of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said allotment; thence north 781 43' 32" west along the northerly line of said allotment 617.09 feet to the northeast corner of the land conveyed to L. B. Valla by a deed recorded in Book 183, Page 346 of Deeds, Records of Orange County, as said corner is shown on Tract No. 925 as recorded in Book 29, Pages 42, 43 and 44 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County; thence south 0° 31' 33" west along the east line of said Tract No. 925 a distance of 54.30 feet to the true point of beginning, said point being in a curve concave to the north and having a radius of 2892.93 feet, said curve also being 28.00 feet southerly measured radially from the original centerline of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company main track, a radial through said point bears north 90 55' 10" east; -1- ATTY-28 65-66-25(2) thence continuing south 0° 31' 33" west along said east line 890.57 feet to a point in the northerly line of La Palma Avenue, 106.00 feet wide, as said right of way is described in an easement deed recorded October 2, 1967, in Book 8390, Page 488, Official Records, in the office of the County Recorder for said Orange County; thence south 86° 30' S7" east along said northerly line 275.02 feet; thence north 00 31' 33" east parallel to said east line 872.72 feet to a point in aforementioned curve concave to the north, a radial through said point bears north 4° 26' 27" east; thence northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 50 10' 40" an arc distance of 261.43 feet to the true point of beginning. now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in "ML" (SC) LIMITED INDUSTRIAL - SCENIC CORRIDOR OVERLAY ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot, for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That all plans for development of the property shall be submitted to and approved by the Development Review Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and architecturally. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. -2- this ATTEST: THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is_ approved and signed by me 27th day of July , 19 CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FAL: j h - 3- STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) -owwb% COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss.
