AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHFIII AMEND-
ING TITLE 13 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. PrP -68 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That nortion of Tract 11-jo. 613, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof recor&ea in Book 19,
Pacre 19, Iiis cell axneous 111aps, records of said
Orange County, which lies east and south of a
line described. as follows:
Beginning at a point in the north line or said
Tract No. 613, (said north line being the center-
line of Placentia-Yorba Boulevard as shown on
said map) distant thereon -Horth 870 191 West
685.30 feet from the northeast corner of said
Tract No. 613, and running thence South 70 151
East parallel with the easterly line of said
Tract -To. 613, 278.34 feet; thence South 75* 201
hest to a 'point in the westerly line of sai(l
Tract No. 613 which is disk' -ant 570.00 feet South
18* 111 West from the most northwest corner of
said Tract No. 613.
Excepting that portion which lies west of a line
which comauences at a point in the south line of
said Tract i,,7o. 613, distant thereon 827.04 feet
North 730 121 East froi.-L the southwest corner of
said Tract -No. 613, and runs thence North 7* 15'
West 12000.11 feet to the line first above des-
cribed.

tions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Orangethorpe Ave-
nue as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
-plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.

2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to cortintencement of structural framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a ri-,anner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
5. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees
as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said 'Lees to
be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning 1 -lap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be e.--,cluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and -n-iade
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning nap to be adder
to the City Zoning k -.lap showing the chances heresy approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the Passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same -11-10 be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheir, Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (130) days from and after its
final -passage, it shall take effect and be in f_-11 force.
