AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHFV1 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 74R-299 and 76R-65 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Parcels 1 and 2, in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as shown on a
parcel map filed in Book 71 Pages 11 to 17, inclu-
sive, of Parcel Flaps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said county.
Except therefrom the westerly 165.00 feet of said
Parcel 1.
That portion of Parcel 31, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on
a parcel map filed in Book 71 Page 13 of Parcel Maps
in the Office of the County Recorder of said county,
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly terminus of that cer-
tain course shown as north 67° 30' 00" East, 110.00
feet in the northwesterly boundary of said Parcel
31 being the beginning of a curve concave north-
westerly having a radius of 342.00 feet, thence
northeasterly 237.96 feet along said curve through
a central angle of 48° 14' 30"; thence north 19°
15' 30" East 13.35 feet; thence leaving said north-
westerly boundary the following courses, north 890
45' 28" East, 149.24 feet; south 000 14' 32" East

270.00 feet, south 890 45' 28" West, 324.00 feet,
and north 220 30' 00" West 59.50 feet to the point
of beginning.
That portion of Parcel 31, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on
a parcel map filed in Book 71 Pages 11 to 17 inclu-
sive of Parcel Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said
Parcel 31 distant north 890 45' 28" East 157.30
feet from the westerly terminus of the southerly
line of said parcel shown as north 89° 45' 28" East
811.30 feet; thence continuing along said southerly
line north 89° 45' 28" East 350.00 feet; thence
north 0° 14' 32" West 230.00 feet; thence south 890
45' 28" West 245.90 feet; thence north 22° 30' 00"
West 59.50 feet to the southeasterly line of Wood-
land Drive as shown on said map; thence along said
southeasterly line south 670 30' 00" West 88.13
feet; thence south 0° 14' 32" East 251.69 feet to
the point of beginning.
now is "MG" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE and that it be changed to
and incorporated in the "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE subject
to the following conditions:
1. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing.
2. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent proper-
ties.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director
of Public Works.
5. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 (Revision No. 2) and
Exhibit Nos. 5, 6 and 7 (Revision No. 1); provided, however, that
the number and location of curb drive accesses from subject prop-
erty to adjacent public streets and highways shall be submitted
to the Traffic Engineer.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
