AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 76R-
-25-3—determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said North-
west quarter thence along the Northerly line of said
Northwest quarter South 890 03' 42" East, 661.25
feet to the Easterly line of said Northwest quarter;
thence along said Easterly line South 00 09' 12"
West, 130.00 feet; thence South 89° 01' 45" West
240.51 feet; thence South 89° 03' 42" West, 70.75
feet to a point in the Westerly line of said North-
west quarter, distant along said Westerly line south
00 11' 18" West, 145.01 feet from said point of begin-
ning; thence along said Westerly line north 0° 11'
18" East, 145.01 feet to said point of beginning;
EXCEPT the North 20.00 feet thereof.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in the "RS -7200" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-
FAMILY ZONE subject to the following conditions:
1. That appropriate water assessment fees as determined by
the Director of Public Utilities shall be paid to the City of
Anaheim prior to the issuance of a building permit.

2. That sidewalks shall be installed along Acacia Street
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engi-
neer.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Trap, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
15th day of June, 1976, by the following vote of the members
thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim

1976.
