3549ORDINANCE NO. 3549 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 75R -6a determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of Parcel 3 in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map filed in book 43, page 15 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Parcel 1, as shown on a map filed in book 19, page 38, of Parcel Maps, said point of beginning being also on the Southwesterly line of Manchester Avenue, a radial bearing to said point bears North 550 08' 37" East; thence, along the Northwesterly line of said Parcel 1, South 710 37' 45" West 184.80 feet to the Northwesterly corner thereof; thence, North 37° 26' 16" West 230.00 feet; thence North 710 37' 45" East 184.50 feet to the intersection with a curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 2,458.00 feet, a radial line to said point of in- tersection bears North 490 46' 49" East, thence, Southeasterly 230.09 feet along said curve, also being the Southwesterly line of said aforementioned Manchester Avenue through a central angle of 50 21' 48" to the point of beginning. -1- ATT V-28 75-76-14 now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and -chat it be changed to and incorporated in "CL" COM[tIERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE subject to the following conditions: 1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Pub- lic Works. 2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as re- quired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department prior to commencement of structural framing. 3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent properties. 4. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. 5. That drainage of subject property shall be Disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. SECTION 2 The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now -situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the sante to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days front and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. this THE FOREC70ING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me 1st day of ' June -- -- -, 1976.
