AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
_. AMENDING TITLE 3 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING CHAPTER 3.54,
SECTION 3.54.010 PERTAINING TO BUSINESS
LICENSES, MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT OR
SIMILAR BUSINESSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 3 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and
the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto Chapter 3.54,
Section 3.54.010 to read as follows:
"CHAPTER 3.54 MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT
3.54.010 MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT OR SIMILAR BUSINESSES
Every person, association, firm or corporation
conducting, managing or carrying on the
business of giving Turkish, Russian, Swedish,
Japanese, vapor, sweat, electric salt or any
other kind or character of massage, where
alcohol rub, fomentation, manipulation of the
body or similar procedures is given shall gay
an annual license of Three Hundred Dollars'.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in cull force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 11th day of May , 1976.
