AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3.52, SEC-
TION 3.52.010 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICI-
PAL CODE PERTAINING TO BUSINESS
LICENSES, PUBLIC BATHS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 3, Chapter 3.52, Section 3.52.010 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended
to read as follows:
"3.52.010 PUBLIC BATHS.
Every person, association, firm or corporation,
conducting, managing or carrying on the business of giving
steam baths, sauna baths, electric tub baths, shower baths,
sponge baths, or operating any public bath which maintains
in connection therewith a steam room, plunge, bath or sleep-
ing accommodations shall pay an annual license of One Hundred
Dollars."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 11th day of May , 1976.
