WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3514 was adopted by the City
Council on March 16, 1976; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, a
condition was omitted therefrom; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical error, nuns pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Ai Af3EI21d
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 3514 be, and the same is hereby,
amended, nuns pro tunc, to read as follows:
"6. That the owner(s) of property along Haster Street
between Katella Avenue and Manchester Avenue, 1-sanchester Avenue
between Haster Street and Katella Avenue, and Katella Avenue be-
tween Manchester Avenue and Haster Street shall comply with all
site development standards of the "C-R" C0112iERCIAL RECREA`T'ION
ZONE at the time the property is developed; provided, however,
that development shall be defined as new construction or as re-
construction on seventy -sive Percent (75%) or more of the total
building area."
SECTION 2.
In all other conditions and respects,Ordinance No.
3514 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its :final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 3522 on the 13th day of April,
1976.
