AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 and 75R-655 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
All that certain land situated in the State of Cali-
fornia, County of Orange, City of Anaheim, described
as follows:

said center point being the intersection of the cen-

upon the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer, and

standard plans and specifications on filein the Office of the
City Engineer, at the tire the property is developed.
2. That the owner(s) of the subject property shall install
street lighting as required by the Utilities Director except when
the Utilities Director shall permit the payment of street lighting
fees in the amount of $2.00 per front foot.
3. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
Citv of Anaheim, the sum of 60 cents per front foot for tree plant-
ing purposes, said airount to be paid at the time the property is
developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file in the office of the Director of Public
Works and Superintendent of Streets prior to final building inspec-
tions.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and shall be in architectural conformance with
the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Man shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded fors_
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and rade
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning kdap, as amended, is hereby adopted and -the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoninq'
.m ap to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby aPproved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and alter its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
