AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 963 IN RELATION
TO RECLASSIFICATION 54-55-12 BY CHANGING
CONDITION NO. 3 THEREOF PERTAINING TO
ZONING.
The City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Ordinance
11o. 963 in relation to Reclassification 54-55-12 subject
to conditions stated therein; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and
applicant to amend Condition No. 3 thereof to read as
follows:
"3. That portion of Lot 4 used for parking
purposes shall be developed by eucalyptus
trees on 15 foot centers and substantially
in compliance with Exhibit "A" on file in
the office of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim."
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

That Ordinance No. 963 be, and the same is
hereby amended by deleting Condition No. 3 thereof and
substituting; a new Condition No. 3 to read as follows:
113. That portion of Lot 4 used for parking
purposes shall be developed by eucalyptus
trees on 15 foot centers and substantially
in compliance with Exhibit "A" on file in
the office of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
