AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 75R-658 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Those parcels of land located in the County of
Orange, State of California described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit
line of the City of Anaheim, said point of
beginning being in the Southeast corner of the
Wagner -Rio Vista Annexation to the City of
Anaheim; thence North 00 021 50" West 20 feet
along a portion of said City limit line to an
intersection with the centerline of Ball Road;
thence leaving said City limit line and follow-
ing along a portion of the reconstructed
centerline of Ball Road as shown on the
construction plans filed in the Orange County
Surveyors office as Plan No. 9490 the following
courses and distances: South 890 021 2811 East
97.21 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
Southwesterly and having a radius of 1200 feet,
a radial line bearing North 0° 071 32t1 East
passes through said point; thence Southeasterly
along said curve through a central angle of 30°

intersection with the Northerly prolongation of
the Easterly line of the land described in deed

recorded in Book 8725, page 110, records of
Orange County, California, a radial line bearing
North 300 33' 52" East passes through said point
.w. of intersection; thence South 160 57' 34" West
724.01 feet; thence South 57° 35' 33" West 90.45
feet to an intersection with the South line of
Lot 9 of the Fletcher Tract as shown on a map
recorded in Book 3, page 320, Miscellaneous
records of Los Angeles County, California; thence
North 890 32' 37" West 574.42 feet to an inter-
section with the centerline of Eaton Way; thence
North 00 28' 07" East 873.73 feet to an intersec-
tion with a line parallel with and 30 feet
Southerly of the centerline of Ball Road said
point of intersection being a point in the exist-
ing City limit line of the City of Anaheim as
established by the aforementioned Wagner -Rio Vista
Annexation; thence following along a portion of
the aforementioned City limit line the following
courses and distances: North 890 34' 20" East
20 feet, North 00 02' 50" West 10 feet, North 890
34' 20" East 130 feet to the point of beginning.
now is County of Orange A-1, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT,
and that it be changed to and incorporated in the City of Anaheim,
"RS -A-43,000," RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as 'amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim,Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed
