AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
REPEALING TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.03,
SECTION 18.03.060 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE AND ADDING A NEW SECTION 18.03.060 IN
ITS PLACE AND STEAD RELATING TO PUBLIC
HEARINGS ON PETITIONS.
THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.03, Section 18.03.060
be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.03 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
adding Section 18.03.060 to read as follows:
"18.03.060 PUBLIC HEARINGS ON PETITIONS
Notice of time and place of public hearings
upon the rezoning or reclassification of
any property, the imposition, removing or
modifying of any zoning regulations, appli-
cations for a variance, exception, conditional
use permit, or other similar permit, or for
revocation or modification of the same, or
for the adoption of any precise plan or master
plan, or any amendment thereto, shall be given
in the manner provided by the statutes and
laws of the State of California, no other
notice being required."
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
