AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1445 RELATING TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1445 was adopted by the
City Council on the 16th day of February 1960; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, upon the request of
the owner of the property zoned, thereby does declare its
intention to amend Ordinance No. 1445 by deleting Condition
No. 2 thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Condition No. 2 of Ordinance No. 1445 be,
and the same is hereby, deleted.
SECTION 2.
That in all other conditions and respects, Ordinance
No. 1445 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be =printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its, adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

1975.
