AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 74R-138 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That potion of Lot 24 of Anaheim Investment
Company's tract in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 7, pages 33 and 34 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, lying westerly of the
westerly line of Tract No. 2802, as per map
recorded in Book 115, pages 45 and 46 of said
Miscellaneous Maps.
Except the South 450.00 feet.
A portion of said land is shown on a map filed
in Book 9 page 37 of Parcel Maps in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it
be changed to and incorporated in "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -
FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following conditions:

1. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
2. That the owners of subject property shale pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of sixty cents per front foot along Ball
Road and Palm Way for tree planting purposes.
3. That trash storage areas shah_ be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of
Public Works.
4. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent properties.
6. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
7. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees
as determined to be appropriate by the City Counci" said fees to
be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
8. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on fi:1_e with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be`excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and
_made a part of the zone or zones`as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City En-
gineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to
be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin.,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signel by me
this 9th day of December 1975.

members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signe said Ordinance No. 3489 on the 9th day of
December, 1975.
