3478ORDINANCE NO. 3478 —
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 71R-126 determining that a change or
changes I the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Those certain parcels of land located in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Anaheim
Hills No. 7 Annexation to the City of Anaheim;
thence N 890 511 00" E, 345.00 feet more or less
along the Northerly boundary of said Annexation
No. 7 to the Northeast corner thereof, said North-
east corner also being the Northwest corner of
the Anaheim Hills No. 6 Annexation to the City of
Anaheim; thence leaving said Anaheim Hills No. 7
Annexation boundary and following along a portion
of the Annexation boundary line established by
said Annexation No. 6 N 89° 51' 0011 E, 123.00
feet, more or less; S 89° 581 00" E, 1,998.94
feet, more or less, North 589.71 feet, more or
less, East 895.29 feet to an intersection with
the West boundary line of the Lincoln -Walnut
Annexation; thence following along the West line
and the South line of said Lincoln -Walnut Annexa-
tion boundary the following courses and distances:
S 00 321 0811 E, 589.71 feet, more or less; N 890
491 0011 E, 664.55 feet, more or less to an angle
point in the City limit line of the City of
Anaheim, said angle point being established as

the Southeast corner of the Lincoln -Walnut
Annexation to the City of Anaheim, certified by
the Secretary of State July 29, 1968, said angle
point also being a point in a curve in the
Westerly line of the Annexation boundary estab-
lished by the Walnut -Canyon Annexation to the
City of Anaheim, certified by the Secretary of
State January 19, 1971, a radial line bearing
S 620 421 15" W passes through said point; thence
leaving said Lincoln -Walnut Annexation boundary
and following along a portion of the Westerly
line of said Walnut -Canyon Annexation boundary,
the following courses and distances: Southeasterly
along said curve concave Northeasterly and having
a radius of 2,065 feet through a central angle of
120 511 56" an arc distance of 463.69 feet; thence
N 490 501 19" E, 35.00 feet to a point in a curve
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of
2,030 feet, a radial line bearing S 1490 501 1911 W
passes through said point; thence Southeasterly
along said curve through a central angle of 80 201
19" an are distance of 295.44 feet; thence S 480
301 0011 E, 95.01 feet tangent to the last mentioned
curve to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southwesterly and having a radius of 570 feet;
thence Southeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 70 461 34" an arc distance of
77.36 feet; thence S 440 551 07" W, 45.98 feet; S
80 191 51" W 288.51 feet; S 190 261 1711 E. 569.45
feet; S 560 121 10" E,. 782.35 feet; S 270 491 05"
W, 281 feet, more or less to an intersection with
the Nohl Ranch Agricultural Preserve boundary line
described in document recorded February 28, 1969
in Book 8888, pages 880 through 894, Official
Records of said Orange County; thence following
along a portion of the boundary of said
Agricultural Preserve, the following courses and
distances: N 790 051 00" W, 954 feet, more or
less; West 1,410.00 feet; N 270 501 00T1 W, 1,060.00
feet; S 650 30t 00" W, 1,830.00 feet, more or less;
S 890 001 00T1 W-1 400 feet, more or less; to the
Southeasterly corner of the aforementioned Anaheim
Hills No. 7 Annexation boundary; thence leaving the
aforementioned Anaheim Hills No. 6 Annexation
boundary and following along the Southerly line and
the Westerly line of the aforementioned Anaheim
Hills No. 7 Annexation boundary S 890 001 00" W,
576.00 feet, more or less to the Southwest corner
thereof; thence N 70 001 00t1 E, 1,855 feet, more
or less to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom any portion thereof lying
within Tract No. 8672 as shown on a map
recorded in Book 357, pages 43, 44 and 45,
Miscellaneous Maps records of Orange County
California.

now is County of Orange Al, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL, DISTRICT
and that it be changed to and incorporated in the City of
Anaheim "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE (SC),
unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
