AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAIiEIM ADDING
µ,ms TITLE 13, CHAPTER 13.08, SECTION 13.08.0145
TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
RECREATION PERMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That,Title 13, Chapter 13.08 -of the Anaheim
Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto Section -13.08.045 reading as follows:
"-13.08.045 RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, PERMITS REQUIRED
Any person not having a permit .for the Use
of a recreational facility, using any
recreational facility of any park -and
school district property where so designated
for scheduling by the Parks, Recreation and
the Arts Department in the City of Anaheim,
shall surrender or -turn over possession of
said recreational facility to any person
having possession of a permit for the use of
said facility from the Parks, Recreation and
the Arts Department of the City of�Anaheim.
It shall be unlawful for any person not
having a permit from the Parks, -Recreation
and the Arts Department to refuse or .fail
to surrender the use of any recreational
facility to any person who has a permit for
the use of said facility from the Parks,
— Recreation and the Arts Department of the
City of Anaheim."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed byme
this 14th day of October 1975,

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 3472 on the 14th day of
October, 1975.
