AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 71R-'�50 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL ONE.
That portion of the land allotted to Prudencio
Yorba and to M. J. Y. De Scully according to a
map attached to and made a part of the Decree
of Partition of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana,
in the County of Orange, State of California,
rendered in Case No. 1978 of the 17th Judicial
District Court of California, a certified copy
of which is recorded in Book 28 page 158 of
deeds, in the Office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, located in the City of
Anaheim in the County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, described as: Beginning at the South-
easterly corner of Tract No. 8511 as per map
recorded in Book 355, pages 37, 38 and 39 Mis-
cellaneous Maps records of Orange County, Calif-
ornia; thence North 201 26' 29" East 520.84 feet
along a portion of the Easterly line of said
Tract No. 8511 to an intersection with the North-
erly line of said allotment, said Northerly line
also being the common City limit line of the City
of Anaheim as established by the Orangethorpe-
Nixon Freeway Annexation and the City of Yorba
Linda as established by the 73-2 Annexation to

the City of Yorba Linda; thence South 891 55t 0311
East 553.95 feet; thence South 260 101 1711 East
43.61 feet to an intersection with the Easterly
line of the Prudencio Yorba Allotment, as shown
on a Map of Survey recorded in Book 9 page 50
Record of Survey records of Orange County,
California; thence South 0° Olt 55" West 389.34
feet to Station 9 of said Prudencio Yorba Allot-
ment; thence South 860 151 3211 West 389.14 feet
to Station 8 of said Prudencio Yorba Allotment;
thence South 40 511 00" West 46.42 feet to the
Northwest corner of the parcel of land indicated
as J. Coleman Travis in the above mentioned Record
of Survey recorded in said Book 9 page 50; thence
South 790 531 4011 East 235.60 feet to the North-
east corner of the land of J. Coleman Travis;
thence S 50 001 25" East 591.40 feet to an inter-
section with the Northerly right of way line of
Orangethorpe Avenue; thence Westerly along the
Northerly right of way line of Orangethorpe Avenue
a distance of 258 feet plus or minus to an inter-
section with the East line of the 1.8133 acre
parcel of land shown on Record of Survey map re-
corded in Book 21 page 27 Record of Surveys, records
of Orange County, California; thence North 5° 001
25" West 462.95 feet to the Northeast corner of that
certain 1.00 acre parcel of land shown on the last
mentioned Record of Survey; thence North 731 421 35"
West 369.73 feet to the point of beginning.
now is County of Orange A-1, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT,
and that it be changed to and incorporated in City of Anaheim
"RS -A-43,000", RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as 'amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
